Albert Kriemler
Albert Kriemler (*1960) is the creative director of Akris, an international fashion house founded in 1922 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Since 2004, he has been the only Swiss designer to present his collection at Paris Fashion Week. Kriemler received the Swiss Design Award in 2008 and in 2016, he was honored with the Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion by the Museum of the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, for his outstanding collaborations with artists and architects such as Carmen Herrera, Thomas Ruff and Sou Fujimoto.
