Right of Withdrawal

If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund, including any delivery costs incurred. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fees for this repayment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Lars Müller Publishers GmbH, Pfingstweidstrasse 6, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e-mail sent to [email protected] or letter sent by post). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from your contract with us, you must return the goods immediately and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The goods must be returned to the sender of the goods as given on the address label or delivery note. The item should be securely wrapped and the package must contain the original delivery note. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.

You shall bear the direct costs for returning the goods. Costs incurred by the Publisher as a result of returning the goods to an address other than the sender address of the delivery may be deducted by the Publisher when refunding the purchase price.
