We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to start a marketing & communications traineeship in November 2026. 

For someone with a strong interest in books, visual culture and digital media who would like to develop their skills across marketing, press relations, social media and visual communication. 

Requirements: 
● Initial experience or exposure to marketing and/or press relations 
● Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in both PR and marketing 
● Understanding of social media platforms, trends and content formats 
● Curiosity about AI tools, emerging creative technologies and changing digital communication practices, and an interest in using them critically and creatively 
● Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and German 
● Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
● Reliable, organised and able to work independently as well as collaboratively 
● Genuine interest in design, architecture, art and culture 
● A degree in media, marketing or visual communication is an advantage
