Hermann Strittmatter

Hermann Strittmatter (*1945) is a Swiss communication consultant for business and politics and chairman of the board of GGK Zürich, an advertising agency he founded. He earned a degree in business and joined GGK Basel in 1966 as a junior consultant, where he also worked as a copywriter, concept developer, and account director. From 1967 to 1995 he was in charge of the worldwide Swissair advertising account, among others. He opened GGK Zürich in 1979. For many years Strittmatter was a columnist for cash online and NZZ am Sonntag, that ran his column “Strittis Schlagzeile” (Stritti’s Headline) until 2018.
